Winter is finally behind us and our thoughts and palates are geared to Spring. Wines that are lighter bodied pair better with the foods that are part of the season. Easter is a major celebration in the Spring, and many families serve lamb or ham for Easter dinner. Reds that are more fruit focused and less tannic pair well with these traditional dishes.
